Some people find God gradually. Donna Mosley found Him in a moment she never saw coming.

On February 3, 1981, after five hours of arguing against the gospel, the Lord revealed Himself to her at midnight — and everything changed. She was instantly repentant, surrendered her life to Christ, and has never looked back. What followed was more than four decades of faithful, frontline ministry.

Donna served in leadership for 15 years at Agape Family Worship Center in Rahway, New Jersey, under the Leadership of Pastor Lawrence Powell,

In 2009, she answered God's call to relocate to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where she founded Beauty for Ashes Life Changing Ministry (BALM) and served as lead pastor for 12 years. During that season she also taught Bible study at Hogar Crea, an 18-month residential program for women battling addiction — sitting with women in their hardest moments and pointing them toward freedom.

She is a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a B.A. in Church Administration, and has spent over 20 years teaching the Word with depth, clarity, and grace.

Today, Donna leads a thriving online community of believers through weekly video teachings, Zoom prayer gatherings, and specially designed courses and resources — reaching women across the world with the Word of God.

The

Vision

A lot of Christians love God — but still struggle to actually possess His promises.

I get it. Shame, guilt, unworthiness, regret, condemnation — these don't just disappear the moment we give our lives to Christ. So many believers are walking around carrying weight that God never intended for them to carry. He promised us joy, healing, and honor. That life is available to you.

For a long time, I couldn't figure out why I was still battling anxiety and fear. I loved God — so why wasn't I free? It wasn't until I realized that real inner beauty, real peace, doesn't come from having the right things. It comes from truly possessing Jesus.

That's what I'm here for. Not just to help you know about Him — but to help you actually possess Him and everything He's promised you. Because no life is too broken to be healed.

But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.

- Isaiah 53:5
